Policies

Guarantee:  Our products are fully guaranteed.  If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, for any reason, contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of the product and we will gladly make an exchange or refund your money.  We may ask that you return the product to us, and we will reimburse you for the shipping.

Privacy Policy: We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited.  We will not sell or share your personally identifiable information to or with anyone.”

Security Policy:Your payment and personal information is always safe.  Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet."

 

Shipping Our Products

Due to the ever changing regulations for international shipping, we are not able to ship outside of the USA.  We do ship APO and FPO and to all 50 states.  We use the Post Office for Hawaii (it’s a tough drive over the Pacific) and Alaska (since there is so little coverage by UPS or FedEx.)

We ship every package as soon as possible, unless you ask us to hold it.  Our goal is 1 day turn around.

If you want tracking information on your package (delivery confirmation only for USPS Priority), we will be happy to provide you with the information.  It is extremely helpful if you request tracking information at the time of the order.

Here are a few hints to avoid delivery problems:

1.  Make sure the address is correct.  Be sure to include Apartment number, or unit number.  Don’t forget any “NW, SE, S, N” in the street address.

2.  Do give us the recipient’s telephone number

3.  Any special instructions – “Leave on Porch,” etc.

4.  Send shipments to multiple dwelling buildings in cities via USPS. Almost everyone knows where their Post Office is should they have to pickup the  package.  USP and FedEx will try to deliver 3 times, and then will return the package to us at additional expense – usually $10 for returned  package plus the shipping charge. 

5.  Whenever possible ship packages to a location where you know someone  is likely to be available – for example, their workplace if that is acceptable.  

Shipping Costs are significant.  Below is a copy of our current shipping chart for each USA address to help you compare shipping options.  Remember, you have no options, for P O Boxes, APO’s, and FPO addresses.  It is US Postal Service only.
